What we charge

All rates include GST unless otherwise noted. We always give you an estimate before starting work.

Residential Customers

All rates include GST. Payment is due at the end of the first appointment by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card (credit card payments incur a small transaction fee). For subsequent appointments we can invoice you with payment due within 3 days, or you can continue to pay at the time of the visit.

A fixed Travel & Admin fee applies to all on-site visits. Travel & Admin charges are capped at 3 instances per month per customer.

Labour Purchased in Advance

Labour can be purchased in advance starting from $10,000. This gives you a credit balance that decreases as work is completed — a useful way to set a fixed IT budget for a period of time. Purchasing labour in advance also attracts a discounted hourly rate.

This option is popular with businesses who want predictable IT costs and a reliable partner on call. Contact us to discuss the options and find the right arrangement for your business.

TechMan is closed on all public holidays, however voicemail is checked regularly. If you have an urgent issue outside business hours, leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Cash Accepted at all residential appointments.

Credit Card Accepted — a small transaction fee applies.

Invoice Available for residential (3 day terms) and all business customers (20th of following month).
