Fees

Residential Customers
$130 per hour with 1 hour minimum.
After the first hour we charge in 15 minute increments of $32.50 including GST

Payment Terms : For the first appointment payment is due at the end of that appointment. We take Cash or EFTPOS. Credit Card payments are welcome but incur a transaction fee. For subsequent appointments, we can invoice you and payment will be due within 3 days or you can continue to pay via EFTPOS, Credit Card or Cash.

Small Business Customers

Payment Terms : Appointments will be accumulated into an end of month invoice where payment is due on the 20th of the following month.

Travel & Admin Charges
All visits have a fixed fee Travel & Admin charge applied. For anywhere between Johnsonville and Manakau this is $30. Outside of that area between Wellington and Foxton is $50. Travel & Admin Charges are capped at 3 instances per month.

Time in Advance
Labour can be purchased in advance starting at $10,000. This gives you labour in credit that decreases as you use it. This method is useful to set an IT budget for a period of time and also attracts a discounted hourly rate. Call to discuss.

Opening Hours
TechMan is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
We can provide weekday support outside of this which is charged at Time and a Half.
All callouts on weekends are charged at Double Time
We are closed on all public holidays, though voicemail is checked regularly.
All callouts on Public Holidays are charged at Double Time.
